This blog is on vacation for a few days.
We are going on a road trip to SoCal, where we will go to:
the LaBrea Tar Pits,
the Hollywood Walk of Fame
(to find the Mary Kate and Ashley star, some kids never grow up)
the Temple
Pinks,
cruisin' by our old neighborhood in the Crenshaw district
Newport Beach,
Knott's,
our friends', the Nielsens,
Randy's Famous Doughnuts,
LAX to pick up the lovebirds, (Lauren & Skyler),
Disneyland on the busiest day of the year, but with fireworks amundo for the 4th
San Diego,
the beach,
the Hazen's,
and Wicked!
whew.
P.S. For the dress update: so the black dress that came in cocoa is completely sold out and unavailable. The other brown dress with the lace and taffeta is back ordered until 9/28/08. Lot of good that's going to do me. So, I am back to square one. Thank you to my personal shoppers out there, we'll find something!!

Maybe those dresses weren't meant to be. Maybe your dream mother of the bride dress is waiting for that divine moment when the two of you connect! It will happen. Do not fret! (did I spell fret right? I've never used it in "written mode")

I saw Wicked in Portland and London! So, good. Megan Hilty was Glinda in Portland when I went. I believe she in Glinda in LA now. She's my very favorite...so funny!

We're planning a big trip to Disney World during the 2009 Christmas Season.
The last time we went to Disney World was the week before Christmas in 2000 for my 40th birthday. I can't believe it's been that long ago now. HA!

What a fun trip, while you are enjoying the southern cal. sights we are enjoying the norcal heat and by the way your pool too. We were pool sluts with Celia today. Thanks for the swim, we really needed it since it was insanely hot today. Also love your pool and backyard. what did you family say when they saw 3 minivans in the driveway!! At least you knew it wasn't drug dealers in your house. Other wise we'd be driving Escalades with spinners.
