The Highlight of my trip.

Meeting Lisa Marie!!!!

Not really, it wasn't THE highlight, but it sure was fun. What a doll, I love her and want to be a surrogate Grandma to her energetic, funny, charming kids. Can I, Can I?
Lisa-Marie is as genuine person as I have ever met and her kids are beyond cute, way beyond! Even with the huge age gap (I could be her mother) it's fun to visit and see life isn't much different. I am so happy we made the time to meet, what a great friendship has started.
Thank you Sirri (the peanut), Conner, (the handsome one) and baby Meg, for showing me such a great time. I can't wait for the BBQ in July!
(we all think you should pour money into the house....it has such cool potential! I'll come and help. Really.)

There will be a post soon, about the REAL highlight of the trip...be watching!

I'm assuming Lisa Marie is a blog friend...how cool! I'm taking a trip to CA in about a week and I think we need to set up a blog party. :)

Can't wait to hear about your trip!

One of the first people I want to find at Blogapalooza is L-M! She is so cute and sweet and seems really really fun. No wonder you two got along so well!

I love blog meetings! I met Tristin in real life today and it was so fun.

Wow. I feel like I should take a bow or something. That was really nice. Thank you. Even if I wasn't the real highlight of your week (hee hee,) you were totally the highlight of mine!!!! I guess I was competing with a really cute daughter and her really cute Bf, so I concede!!!

Seriously though. That was so fun and I miss you. The kiddos too. I bought a map of the U.S. yesterday at the dollar store. First thing Sirri did was point to California and say, "That's where Jeni lives!!!! It's too far away."

P.S. When you say, "pour money into the house.." we are talking about the SAME house right?!?!?!

That would be a LOT of pouring!

I can't believe you met Lisa-Marie!! So exciting. I can't believe we live in the same town and have never met... weird. We really should have a party when Erin comes.

Okay, I am on the party when Erin comes. Help me Brentwood and neighboring bloggers, we can have it at my house. I'll even make sure the bathroom is clean. Just for you.

Jeni, I was totally wondering why you weren't there?!? Did no one invite you?? That is it...we are having another one and you are the VIP!

I'm glad you had such a great trip to Idaho but, I was kinda of sad you didn't have time to come down to Utah. Maybe, next time!

It looks like he's a keeper to me especially after the most recent events!!! These kinds of experiences will increase the bond they have for each other and that's a good thing!

It's really hard to let go of our girls but, I sure have loved getting to know Nick and he is so perfect for Natalie! I'm especially reminded of how perfect he is with all of the problems she's had of late. He's been so loving and supportive to her and that makes me so HAPPY to see how much he loves her! What more can a mother ask for than a son-in-law who will love, cherish and take care of our daughters?

You were lucky, very lucky to have met my sister, Lisa-Marie and even luckier to have met her adorable kiddos. Just so you know, Lisa loved meeting you, talked all about how great you were and how much fun she had, and so I had to investigate for myself. Thanks for giving my sister a wonderful afternoon...she really is the best!
